All of our projects follow a simple fulfillment workflow.


Here are the steps in order:


  1. Order a package or Approve a quote.
  2. Your order will be confirmed and created by your Project Manager (PM).
  3. Your PM will open a Support Ticket confirming the order and provide you with the Onboarding Document.
  4. Fill out the Onboarding Document.
  5. Your PM will review and confirm the Onboarding Document and reply via ticket.
  6. Your PM will handle the development of the project and work with you for approvals until project completion.
