How to use the Agency Fulfillment Center

The Agency Fulfillment Center is your "production back-office" for all of your project fulfillment needs.


To access the Fulfillment Center from any browser simply go to my.murphyconsulting.us and login with your login credentials.


The Fulfillment Center gives you the ability to request project estimates, view quotes, place orders for services, pay invoices, get projects completed via support and track the status of existing projects.



Communication is simple and easy. There are three (3) ways to communicate with our team:


#1: Click on the "Support" tab and open a new ticket or reply to an existing ticket. 



#2: Enter your details into the Live Chat and one of our agents will reply, if you request to chat after business hours please submit a new ticket instead.



#3: Click on the "Talk To An Expert" button and schedule a consultation call with the proper department.



You have the option to Add Funds directly into your account. Those funds can then be used to order any new services or pay for existing invoices. You also get 5% extra in-store credits when you add funds using this method.



You can add new contacts/team members to your account by clicking on the "New Contact" button.
