Getting project estimates is easy and convenient with our Fulfillment Center.
Simply click on the “Get Estimate” tab, this will open a new tab where you can complete the Estimate form.
Make sure to select the correct “Type of Service” from the drop-down menu and fill out the necessary details to complete the estimate form.
Once we receive your Estimate request our team will process the information and create a custom Project Quote that contains a scope of work (SOW), breakdown of the needed line items, pricing, timeline, and terms to proceed.
Turnaround time on Quotes is usually 24 to 48 hours upon receiving the estimate request. The turnaround time might be extended, an additional 24 hours may be needed depending on the size and complexity of the SOW. Our team will send the completed Quote via email where the Quote has a link that can be clicked on and viewed.
NOTE: If you have any questions about the Quote, you can scroll to the bottom of the quote and leave a comment so that our team can review it and get back to you ASAP.
To accept the Quote and start the project you may scroll to the bottom of the Quote and click on “Accept Quote”. Our team will then be notified of the order and proceed to issue an invoice according to the terms of the quote. Once the initial invoice is paid a Project Manager will open a Support Ticket and commence the onboarding of the project and guide you on the next steps.
