We undergo a systematized discovery process wherein we review the website project in detail by compiling a scope of work (SOW) before the project is even started and if you request a project estimate our team will provide a complete breakdown for you in the form of a quote.

What is the difference between semi-custom and custom websites?

✅ Semi-Custom Websites:

• Semi-Custom websites are built using an existing theme or website template of choice.
• Instead of undergoing a traditional design process of creating Home Page and Interior Page mockups, our developers work directly from the template to customize it.
• Semi-Custom websites are a great choice if you have a simple website project that doesn't require too much design customization as the design is often limited by the template.
• Custom website development is also usually faster and requires fewer development hours VS a full-blown custom website.
• Best used for brochure style websites and even SMB websites.

✅ Custom Websites:

• Custom Websites are built by undergoing a Design Phase, during this design phase our Web Designer will create a custom Home Page design and Interior Page design(s).
• The design process allows for the website to have a 100% tailor-made look and feel that your customer will be proud of.
• We ensure client satisfaction by undergoing a customer-approval process and we gather feedback using specialized tools.
• All design work includes up to 2 rounds of revisions so that the customer has a chance to sign-off/approve the final design of their website.
• Once the design is approved we can move into the development phase and complete the rest of the line items within the SOW.
• Even though we are building a custom website we still have the ability to use your theme/builder of choice so that you are comfortable with the website CMS.
• Best used for SMB, Corporate, eCommerce, or other website projects wherein the customer really wants to have their brand stand out and has the budget to do so.

1. Project Onboarding (Order the project via package or request an estimate, upon approval we assign your PM to you to assist with project onboarding)
2. Custom Design in the form of Mockups (home page and interior pages)
3. Theme Customization (we can use your theme of choice or develop a custom theme)
4. Functionality Requirements (you will be asked for this upon submitting a project estimate)
5. Content Integration and # of Pages (taking existing website content like text, images, photos, etc and formatting them correctly on each page)
6. Content Creation (you can provide the content or have our team create the copy for each page)
7. Revisions Phase (Working with the end-client to get feedback and approval on the website)
8. Browser Compatibility and Mobile Responsiveness (Ensuring that the website is displaying correctly on all browser and mobile devices)
9. Speed Optimization (Ensuring that your website if fast and meets optimal load times)
10. SEO Ready (Making sure that your website has all of the proper SEO requirements to be indexed on search engines)
11. Website Launch or Migration (Upon approval and final payment we will launch or migrate your website to your location of choice)
12. Post Launch Quality Control (Having our Q.C. control team review the launched version of the website to ensure standards are met)
