Monthly Maintenance

Monthly Maintenance refers to any type of maintenance work needed on one or multiple websites/web pages.

Being able to provide an adequate solution for maintaining your customer's websites is a must for any agency looking to serve their customers at the highest levels.

Often times maintaining existing website projects can be a hassle and even a burden since these website requests may be submitted unexpectedly and at unpredictable times from your customers and it's not always feasible to take your manpower off of "high-value" projects in order to complete the small revisionary work required in order to keep your customer base happy.

This is where our Monthly Maintenance support becomes a great option for your agency.

Our approach to Monthly Maintenance is simple. We will provide you with a "block" of development hours every month that can be used to handle multiple different tasks across multiple different websites, as needed.

We currently provide blocks of 10, 20, 30, and 40 hours per month that can be used at your disposal. If you purchase bigger blocks of hours you will get better pricing on the hourly rate.

In order to get started simply purchase a block of hours directly from your Fulfillment Center and open a support ticket with your request and provide the login access required so that your team can familiarize themselves with the project requirements and begin the work.

Our team will communicate with you using the support ticket so that all communications are documented and easily traceable.

We also provide a Time Tracker within your fulfillment center which can be seen under the Projects tabs > Time logs. This is very convenient so that you know where your blocks of hours are going towards. All-time is tracked accurately by the minute with a minimum time requirement of 15 minutes per task.

Any un-used hours carry-over to the next month as long as you are on Membership or Retainer Plan.

You can use hours to accomplish the following:

• Design Work
• Website Development
• Website Tweaks & Enhancements
• WordPress plugin updates
• Content Updates
• Small Programming Jobs

Timelines:

Support is fast, usually within ONE (1) to TWO (2) days of submitting your task we will provide a completed task. Of course, this timeline will depend on the SOW and the overall size of the task at hand. Please check with our support team if you are unsure how long a task will take and we can provide you with an estimate and quote before proceeding.

Note: Monthly Maintenance packages are billed every month, if you would like to just purchase development hours ONE-TIME and not be billed monthly please refer to the "Prepaid Hours" section listed below.
